Sailor Saturn : The Sovereign of Silence

I used this original image ---> i1201.photobucket.com/albums/b… as a reference and did a practice paint. I wanted to practice my colors and blending, so I decided to use a picture of Sailor Saturn for reference. I am pretty happy with the way it came out =3 

I will more than likely keep editing it a little at a time (when I nick pick it to death and fix stuff)

I am extremely happy with the hair~ 

I need to work on cloth and clothing a lot more...
